驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維修(xiu)模塊(kuai)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)過壓(ya)-故(gu)障(zhang)現象:變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)在停(ting)機(ji)降(jiang)速(su)過程中,多次(ci)出現模塊(kuai)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)過壓(ya)故(gu)障(zhang),導致將用(yong)戶高壓(ya)開關跳掉。用(yong)戶母(mu)線(xian)電壓(ya)過高,6KV電源實際母(mu)線(xian)達6.3KV以上,10KV電源實際母(mu)線(xian)達10.3KV以上,母(mu)線(xian)電壓(ya)加(jia)到變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)上時模塊(kuai)輸入電壓(ya)過高,模塊(kuai)報(bao)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)母(mu)線(xian)過壓(ya)。變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)在啟動(dong)過程中,安川伺服驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)維修(xiu)大約到運行到4HZ左(zuo)右,變頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)母(mu)線(xian)過壓(ya)。
發那科機器人示教器開機停在初始化界面維修 故障原因(yin):變頻器在停機(ji)過(guo)(guo)程由于降速時間太快,使得電(dian)機(ji)處于發電(dian)機(ji)狀態,電(dian)機(ji)回饋(kui)能量到(dao)模塊的直流(liu)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線產(chan)生泵升電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),從(cong)而使直流(liu)母(mu)(mu)(mu)線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)高(gao)(gao)。由于現場變壓(ya)(ya)器出廠(chang)標準接(jie)線是10KV和6KV,母(mu)(mu)(mu)線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)如(ru)果超過(guo)(guo)10.3KV或6.3KV,就會使變壓(ya)(ya)器輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)高(gao)(gao),從(cong)而使模塊的母(mu)(mu)(mu)線電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升高(gao)(gao)造成過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)。安川伺服驅動器維修同(tong)一(yi)位(wei)置的不同(tong)相(xiang)(xiang)模塊光纖接(jie)反(fan)(比如(ru)A4與B4光纖接(jie)反(fan)),造成其相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出過(guo)(guo)壓(ya)(ya)。
